Gretchen

Coach Gretchen is a Certified Cognitive Coach passionate about helping individuals uncover what truly motivates them and using that insight to create personalized goals and solutions. She understands that growth looks different for everyone and tailors her coaching approach to each client’s unique needs.

Gretchen’s journey into coaching is deeply personal. Diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome at 23, she faced a pivotal decision—view her diagnosis as a challenge or as an opportunity for growth. Once she realized she could build confidence and develop strategies to overcome her struggles, she became dedicated to helping others on the autism spectrum do the same. Her goal is to empower individuals to embrace their strengths, increase self-confidence, and navigate life with resilience.

One of Gretchen’s greatest strengths as a coach is helping clients manage stress effectively. She encourages techniques like box breathing and gratitude practices to help clients recenter during difficult moments, reminding them that feeling stuck is only temporary. She finds immense joy in seeing clients grow and transform, each in their own way. One of the most inspiring transformations she has witnessed was a client who, after a painful breakup, swore off relationships—only to later find happiness in marriage!

Faith is also an important part of Gretchen’s life, and many of her clients share similar values. She integrates faith, motivation, and personal resilience into her coaching, helping individuals find strength in their beliefs while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of coaching, Gretchen is a wife, mother, and children’s book author. In 2020, she gave a TEDx talk about her experience as an author. Through every aspect of her life, she remains dedicated to growth, learning, and inspiring others to embrace their own journey.
