Pol

Coach Pol is a person-centered coach who helps individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, navigate life’s challenges, and grow in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. His coaching focuses on areas such as relationships, trauma healing, spiritual development, career, and entrepreneurship, with a compassionate, client-led approach that blends emotional insight with practical tools for change.

Pol holds a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and has completed a Professional Coaching Program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. He is also certified in Behavioral Facilitation for Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety through IBCCES, Reiki Levels I and II through the George Washington University Center for Integrative Medicine, and brings decades of diverse experience into his work as a coach.

His approach is holistic and collaborative, inviting clients to explore both their inner world and outer goals. He uses a variety of tools tailored to each client’s needs, including behavioral therapy techniques, internal family systems, somatic experiencing, brainspotting-informed methods, NLP, art-based self-expression, and energy work. Through this integration of approaches, Pol helps clients uncover what matters most to them, move through emotional blocks, and take steps forward with clarity and confidence.

Pol’s path to coaching has been shaped by his personal experiences with neurodivergence in himself and his family. These experiences inspired him to support not only neurodivergent individuals, but also neurotypical partners and family members seeking deeper connection and understanding. He brings warmth, empathy, and a deep respect for every client’s unique story, offering guidance that is both grounding and empowering.

He is especially passionate about helping clients explore their inner patterns—those often-unseen dynamics that can quietly influence behavior, relationships, and decision-making. By supporting both self-awareness and action, Pol helps clients make real progress toward goals that feel aligned and achievable.

Pol also has a strong academic background in technical and creative fields, which adds breadth to his work. He holds degrees and certifications in engineering, international political economy, and design, giving him a unique ability to support clients who are navigating complex career paths or seeking purpose-driven entrepreneurship.

Outside of coaching, Pol loves spending time outdoors—cycling, exploring coastlines and mountains, relaxing by the water, or journaling on a quiet dock. He also enjoys visiting cafés, catching a good film, and finding inspiration in creative and meaningful experiences.

Pol is committed to helping his clients grow with self-trust, compassion, and a sense of possibility. Whether you’re navigating a transition, healing from a difficult experience, or simply seeking to live more authentically, he offers a steady presence and thoughtful guidance every step of the way.
