Robin

Coach Robin is a dedicated autism life coach and licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC) in Colorado who specializes in supporting neurodivergent adults in understanding themselves, working with their nervous systems, and achieving their goals their way. She holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and is trauma-informed and EMDR-trained, bringing a deep understanding of neurodiversity, mental health, and personal growth to her coaching practice.

Robin combines her professional training with her lived experience as a late-diagnosed Autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) adult. With over 50 years of navigating life as a neurodivergent, she understands firsthand the challenges her clients face and provides practical, affirming support to help them move forward.

Robin’s coaching philosophy is anti-ableist and client-centered. She recognizes that while autistic individuals can do many of the things expected in a neurotypical world, it often comes at a high cost to their energy and well-being. Instead of focusing on masking or meeting external expectations, she helps clients identify what truly matters to them, clear barriers, and create a meaningful and sustainable life on their own terms.

Robin’s journey into coaching was shaped by both professional expertise and personal experience. While earning her master’s degree in counseling, she was diagnosed with autism, which shifted her perspective on her own life and the struggles many neurodivergent adults face. She quickly realized that many autistic individuals struggle not because they are failing, but because they have been taught to measure success by neurotypical standards. She is passionate about helping neurodivergent adults break free from these superficial expectations, develop self-esteem, and create lives that work for them.

Robin specializes in helping neurodivergent adults explore their neurodiversity, recover from and prevent burnout, understand masking and unmasking, improve relationships, develop executive functioning strategies, enhance communication and boundary-setting, and navigate education and career goals. She also works with parents of neurodivergent children, helping them better understand and support their child’s development while strengthening family relationships. She provides guidance for neurodivergent employees and employers, drawing from her own career experience across multiple industries.

For Robin, coaching is about helping people reconnect with themselves and build confidence in who they are. She finds deep fulfillment in working with clients who feel stuck or burned out, helping them develop strategies for managing their energy, reducing stress, and finding a sustainable path forward. She also loves working with parents who want to support their neurodivergent children in ways that respect their needs and strengths.

Robin’s interests and hobbies reflect her deep curiosity and love of learning. She is passionate about psychology, personality, and relationships, and enjoys deep conversations, listening to fantasy novels, playing phone games, watching reality shows, and exploring creative projects. She also loves board gaming with friends, bargain hunting, and spending time with her husband and son.

Robin’s approach to coaching is affirming, validating, and individualized. She believes there is no single path to success—each person deserves a life that works for them. She is committed to helping neurodivergent adults and parents gain the insight, skills, and support they need to build a fulfilling and sustainable future.
