Coach Christina is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Cognitive Coach, and Certified in Relationship Science, dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals. Her coaching style is empathetic, client-centered, and deeply rooted in active listening, creating a safe and judgment-free space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges with confidence.

Christina believes that everyone has the inner wisdom and strength to create meaningful change. Her role as a coach is to guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and actionable solutions that align with their unique strengths. She takes a highly individualized approach, tailoring strategies to each person’s needs and helping them embrace their strengths while navigating obstacles with resilience.

Her passion for autism coaching stems from her deep connection with the neurodivergent community. As a parent of a child on the spectrum and with neurodivergent family members, she understands both the joys and challenges that come with neurodiversity. She finds immense fulfillment in celebrating milestones—both big and small—and helping families navigate challenges while embracing their child’s unique abilities. Seeing a client gain confidence, express themselves in new ways, or take meaningful steps toward their dreams is what makes her work so rewarding.

One of Christina’s greatest strengths as a coach is helping clients build confidence and develop creative, out-of-the-box solutions. She understands that many individuals she works with have struggled with trust and openness in the past, so she focuses on creating a comfortable and relatable coaching experience. A key way she does this is by incorporating clients’ interests—whether it’s music, gaming, sports, or art—into coaching conversations. She sees interests as more than just hobbies; they are tools for building patience, problem-solving skills, resilience, and adaptability. By drawing these connections, she helps clients recognize their existing strengths and apply them toward their goals.

One of the client successes Christina is most proud of is helping someone who felt stuck and unhappy finally take the leap to move to the place he had always dreamed of living. When they began coaching, he felt overwhelmed by fear and uncertainty, convinced that his goal was out of reach. Together, they worked through mental roadblocks, broke the process into manageable steps, and built a plan that made the transition feel achievable. Through mindset shifts, confidence-building, and creative problem-solving, he is now thriving in his dream location, living a life that once felt impossible.

Christina helps clients who feel stuck or overwhelmed understand that while change doesn’t happen overnight, small, steady steps toward their goals will always lead to progress. She meets clients where they are and supports them in making meaningful changes in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Outside of coaching, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, dancing, and learning new things. These moments of joy and balance fuel her passion for helping others create lives that align with their own vision of success.
