Rosanne
Coach Rosanne has dedicated over 30 years to supporting neurodivergent individuals, helping them build confidence, develop independence, and navigate life’s challenges. With a background as a special needs paraprofessional and ongoing training in various areas, she brings deep experience and a practical, straightforward approach to coaching. She believes in being upfront and honest with clients and their families, setting realistic expectations, and working together to create meaningful progress.
Rosanne’s journey into autism life coaching started with tutoring and community-based support for young adults aging out of school programs. She quickly realized that many of her clients needed more than academic help—they needed guidance in building self-esteem, developing social skills, and engaging more fully in their communities. Her years of experience working directly with autistic individuals have shaped her coaching approach, allowing her to provide real-world strategies that support growth and independence.
She specializes in helping clients improve self-worth, become more socially engaged, and develop life skills for independence. She has successfully supported clients in finding jobs, pursuing further education, and moving into their own homes. She is currently helping a client work through a fear of doctors to access important preventive care. No matter the challenge, Rosanne reminds her clients that progress happens in small steps and that moving forward, no matter how slowly, is what truly matters.
One of Rosanne’s greatest strengths is her ability to understand and validate the struggles her clients face while providing the encouragement and practical support they need to take action. She doesn’t believe in sugarcoating things but instead helps clients and families set goals that make sense for their unique situations.
Outside of coaching, Rosanne has been fluent in ASL and part of the Deaf community for over 30 years. She enjoys reading, riding her Harley, and most of all, spending time with her family and grandchildren. She believes that everyone is a work in progress, and her goal is to help clients move forward with confidence, self-acceptance, and a plan that works for them.
