Neurodivergent Adults Support Group (Free)

This four-week program over Zoom is designed to create a supportive community for autistic and other neurodivergent adults to connect and discuss topics that enable them to build the connected, meaningful lives they are seeking. Each week we will discuss a different topic based on the interests of the participants. The group is limited to 10 people to create an intimate, safe space.

Topics Covered

Each week's discussions are based on what the group is most interested in. When you register, you will "vote" on the topics you'd like to cover.

 

Past topics have included: executive functioning skills, relationships and connection, emotional regulation and meltdown prevention tips, the purpose of emotions and alexithymia, managing sensory needs/sensory overload, building a sensory toolkit, overwhelm and burnout, warning signs of unhealthy relationships, managing money, and success strategies for work. We are also open to your ideas!

Who is facilitating the group?

Your facilitators are Patty Laushman of Thrive Autism Coaching and Jackie Coursey of Sacred Space Coaching. 

Who is this group for?

The group is for neurodivergent adults (18+) who want to connect with others who may be having similar experiences and discuss topics that can support them in creating the connected, meaningful life they are seeking.

What if I do not have a formal diagnosis?

If you suspect you have autism, ADHD, or any other neurodiversity that can make daily life more challenging, you are welcome. No formal diagnoses are required. 

How much does it cost?

This group is being sponsored by Thrive Autism Coaching and Sacred Space Coaching and is offered at no cost.
