Coach Youssef is a Certified Cognitive Coach with a strong focus on career development and employability for autistic individuals. He holds a Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship, blending analytical problem-solving with creative strategies to help clients identify their strengths, market their skills, and pursue careers that align with their values. His coaching is centered on self-reflection, mindset development, and personal growth, guiding clients to build confidence and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

Youssef was diagnosed with autism at 26 while completing his master’s degree, an experience that reshaped his perspective and deepened his interest in autism research and advocacy. His master’s thesis, “Potential of Mainstream Autism Employment: How Could Organizational Innovation Be Used to Create Meaningful Employment for Autistic Individuals?”, reflects his commitment to helping organizations create inclusive work environments and supporting autistic individuals in finding fulfilling careers.

His coaching approach is personal, validating, and strengths-based. Because he has faced many of the same challenges as his clients, he understands how important it is to feel heard and supported. He takes the time to see the world from each client’s perspective, helping them reframe their experiences, explore new possibilities, and recognize opportunities they may not have considered before. His goal is to empower clients to define success on their own terms and build lives that feel meaningful to them.

Youssef reminds his clients that it’s okay to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain. Growth isn’t about following someone else’s expectations—it’s about finding what matters most to you and moving forward at your own pace. He believes that true success comes from pursuing what feels meaningful and using lived experiences to shape the future in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Outside of coaching, Youssef enjoys playing tabletop games with friends, exploring video games and books, and diving into different forms of storytelling. He finds joy in creative expression, whether through painting miniatures or improvisational acting, and values the balance that creativity brings to his life.

Youssef is passionate about helping autistic adults build confidence, recognize their strengths, and take control of their career paths. He is committed to guiding clients toward greater self-awareness, new perspectives, and opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.
