Building and navigating relationships, especially as a neurodivergent adult, can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating. No one prepared you for just how complex this would be. You're working on yourself, putting yourself out there, and trying to make meaningful connections...but who’s supporting you as you do all this brave work? The Momentum community, that's who!

This is your space, a gentle, welcoming, and affirming community of neurodivergent adults who are growing, stumbling, learning, and celebrating together. Here, you are not alone. You’re understood. And you’re cheered on every step of the way.

What's included?

Group Coaching Calls

Group coaching calls are every other Thursday from 5-6 p.m. Mountain Time. Calls are recorded and uploaded into the private platform in case you can't attend live. Questions can be submitted in advance, and with the calls recorded, you will always have access to expert advice.

Online Community

As a Momentum member, you’ll stay connected and keep the conversation going through a private online community, just like in Intimate Relationship Pathways. Jaclyn is regularly involved if you need guidance between group coaching calls, but the real magic is in the shared wisdom of your peers. You’re gaining a circle of understanding, encouragement, and lived experience that you can tap into anytime.

Support Pods/Partners

There’s something uniquely powerful about connecting with someone who truly understands your journey, especially when they’ve walked the same path through Intimate Relationship Pathways. If you’re interested, I’ll help match you with a small group or an individual who’s also continuing their growth in Momentum. These connections can help you move through stuck points and celebrate your progress. You’ll lift each other up, keep each other grounded, and remind one another: You’ve got this.

Personalized Coaching Option

Sometimes you need a little extra expert guidance. As a Momentum member, you have the option to book private, on-demand coaching sessions with Jaclyn. These one-on-one sessions are perfect for when you’re feeling extra stuck, facing a tricky situation, or simply want support focused on just you to create a clear, personalized game plan.

For most of my life, I struggled with self-confidence, which made it difficult to form meaningful relationships. Jaclyn taught me simple but powerful ways to quiet my inner critic and start seeing myself differently. Today, those positive thoughts she taught me come naturally - they're just part of who I am now. I'm thriving in my dream job and have built a fulfilling, long-term relationship. I'll always be grateful because Jaclyn helped me create the life I'd always hoped for but never thought possible.

When do the group coaching calls happen?

The calls are every other Thursday starting at 5 p.m. Mountain Time for one hour.

What if I can't make it to all the calls live?

Just like the Intimate Relationship Pathways program, the group coaching calls are recorded and hosted inside our private platform, so you can always watch the replay. You can also log your questions before each call, and the questions are answered in the order they are received, so you can ask your question beforehand and just watch the replay. Please remember that you also have access to the online community 24/7 for questions that can't wait, as well as your support pod members.

How does the 1:1 coaching option with Jaclyn or a member of the team work?

Members of Momentum receive a special booking link to schedule optional on-demand, private coaching sessions with Jaclyn for personalized, in-depth support as you need them for $250/session. If you prefer, you can meet with one of our team coaches at our current rates: 1 Session $210 (pay-as-you-go) 4 Sessions $780 ($195 each) 8 Sessions $1400 ($175 each)

How much does the membership cost?

Monthly access to Momentum is $99/month per household. If you prefer to prepay for annual access, you will get two months free and pay $990 for the year.

If I start with monthly access, can I upgrade to annual access?

Absolutely! You are welcome to upgrade and downgrade your access anytime. Just let Jaclyn know at least 48 hours before your next monthly payment, and she will email a link to make the change.

How long do I have to decide about enrolling?

Once you go through the Intimate Relationship Pathways program, you are eligible to join Momentum anytime. If you want to take a break and come back later, you are welcome to join whenever the time is right for you.

How do I access everything?

You will access group coaching calls and the online community just like you did for the Intimate Relationship Pathways program. You can access everything through your computer or the "Communities" app on your phone. Your login remains the same.
